General observation
Arabicas is commonly processed in all of the above methods. It brings out different flavours present in the same coffee bean. Robustas are usually processed as Naturals across the world, and India is an exception where it’s also washed like Arabicas.
The taste of any coffee is whatever you feel, and however you choose to describe or not describe it. Sometimes one likes a coffee but cannot describe why. Sometimes one may not experience all that is written about a coffee. We would like to shift the spotlight from tasting notes to how it’s grown at the farm, and the principles followed for fair, sustainable trade. The coffees will taste great – we can promise you that.
